Tim Dixon

TIM DIXON (aka Tim H. Dixon) has been a professional actor for 30+ years, doing theatre, film and television, and the occasional commercial. An audiobook narrator since 2017, he’s now narrated over 100 audiobooks. He specializes in nonfiction, but has done fiction works as well. He won an Earphones Award for his work on "Vaccination: From Cowpox to mRNA, The Remarkable Story of Vaccines". His love of performance began with reading aloud. His father was an incredible reader, and Tim has continued his tradition. Tim loves to bring a story alive for a listener, using characters and accents to evoke time and place. He also loves working from his home studio, where all of his audiobooks to date have been produced. When not walking the waterfront or forests with his wife, Tim can be found working on a crossword puzzle, or enjoying a good book, of course.
